Archive Contents: JS-QUICK.TXT - This file (instructions) REGISTER.TXT - Registration form for JS-QUICK JS-QUICK.EXE - JS-QUICK executable Description: JS-Quick is a windows utility that will help you do the following thing Very Quick Exit Window Exit Windows and then reboot the system Exit Windows and Restart Windows Run Programs. System Requirements: JS-Quick is completely self-contained and requires Windows 3.1. JS-Quick uses very little memory and uses almost no system resources. Installation: Installation is very easy. Create a new directory (such as C:\JS-Quick). Unzip the archive into this directory. Create a new program manager item for JS-Quick - the command line should read "C:\JS-Quick\JS-Quick.EXE". Double-click the new icon to start JS-Quick. If everything is installed properly, you should now JS-Quick on the bottom of your screen. I prefer to add the program item to the StartUp group in Windows 3.1. This causes JS-Quick to start every time I start Windows. Another way to make this happen is to modify the "load=" line in your WIN.INI file (found in your \WINDOWS directory) so that it reads "load=JS-Quick.exe". (NOTE: Make a backup copy of WIN.INI before changing it.) Instructions: Once JS-Quick is running, information will appear in the caption of the JS-Quick window. To Quick exit windows click on the system menu on the JS-Quick icon at this time you can pick Quick exit windows. Registration I will keep improving the program if I know enough people are finding it useful. My registration policy is very flexible. The nominal fee are listed in the file REGISTER.TXT. If you don't feel you will get your money worth of use out of JS-Quick, send whatever it is worth to you. If you are impoverished and can't afford to pay anything, enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope and I will send you a registration. This is not freeware or public domain. Shareware is simply a means of marketing commercial software. You are required to register if you intend to use this program after a reasonable trial period. When registering, please tell me the version number you have and where you obtained your copy of JS-Quick. See REGISTER.TXT for details. JS-Quick should be registered for the maximum number of copies that can be used simultaneously at your site. Site fees for commercial users can be negotiated.
